i dunno if this is the right section but anyways. I broke this taking it off. i think it's the water temp sensor, it was positioned on the inlet manifold. (pics below) question is, can you just buy these things off the shelf new or do i gotta get a second hand one? it's a 3t-gteu by the way [Report message to a moderator]

Hey I'm pretty sure you can buy these off the shelf but they cost around $50 [Report message to a moderator]

its a bvsv not a water temp sensor it opens up the lines from the fuel tank when the engine heats up. just go and find another one from a wrecker alternatively, dont use one. just put the broken end back in [Report message to a moderator]
