hey does anyone know what to tighten the head bolts to on a 7m-gte with 1.2mm steel gasket??

also do you have to change the head bolts or are they good enough and dont stretch??

if anyone knew the re-tightening sequence that would be good.. cheers

Follow the instructed set out by the gasket manufacturer (unless it says 58ft-lbs)

As for the tightenig sequence. Start in the centre and then work outs wards diagonally.

They do stretch - this is part of the problem.
I would recommend new factory headbolts or some ARP jobbies. Remember to lube and use the little flat washers so you get the correct torque - vitally important if you don't want to join the "I hate 7MG-BHG" clan.
