AW11 Under Intercooler Fan Wiring Question Sat, 09 July 2005 09:27 Go to next message
Hey All,

Is the wiring/fuse from the engine bay fan, high enough ampage to support an under intercooler fan too.

The new fan is 7.5Amps at 12V.

has anyone done this or did you run an new circuit?
I want to use the same circuit as then it is turned on via the engine bay temp sensor like the engine fan.

Regards,

Hodgo

if you use the side fan temp sensor as a trigger to operate a seperate relay that operates the i/c fan you will have no dramas.
check it, but by memeory it's a negetive trigger.
