I see a counter weight for vibration on the mount there , nice job toyota tell me that wasn't a after enginnering thought Is that the only engine steady rod bush on those cars ? do any of the other bushes take the same loading , i haven't looked at one for ages .

You can also buy blocks of polyurethane at plastics suppliers (generally cheaper than buying it from suspension places), and if you have a lathe, make up mounts to fit whatever you need.

personally i dont think doing the other 3 mounts will help a whole lot more that mount takes the majority of the torque from the engine with that mount. the engine now doesnt get thrown around the engine bay.
for me to make replica mounts i need the old mount.

Oh ok, cool.
I filled my front engine mount with polyurethane, it seems to have done the job. But i think my gearbox mounts are shot, might have a look at them and maybe polyurethane them up.
