Corolla respray

Hi, I'm in the process of getting my AE92 Corolla SX resprayed. The original red paint is badly faded. This is my project car so I want something sort of showy but not too showy if that makes sense. In other words I don't want colours like a bright green, or orange, etc.
To keep the costs down, I'm most likely going to be respraying it in another better red. SO ideally I would like a metallic 2-pak red, with clears.
I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on the type of red I should respray it? I'm looking for a deep rose looking red.
Thanks.

Well it looks like I'm going to stick with a solid 2-pak red...non-metallic.
I'm still after some suggestions on the best looking, deep, rich, and rosy red possible

little tip
make sure the paint has no tint beyond just base red
will give you the brightest deepest posible colour
is why industrial powder coated items look the piece

U should consider the Mazda 6 metallic red. Its damn nice man, U might find that its the same red as they use on the RX-8's.
Like when its in the sun you can see all the speckle especially close up, and from far away it looks like a nice deep red. Overall just a top colour. Thats the red i would be using.

nightdevil, that was the exact red I was going to use, but unfortunately I can't use a metallic paint because it will cost me too much. I am only respraying the outside, so there will be an obvious difference in colour and paint from the engine bay and door jams.
If I could get that RX-8 red in a solid colour, then that is what I would use.

Just some advice when people are choosing a colour for their car:
I had no colour samples or any examples of the colour I wanted to get, but I went to Standox paint and they pulled out all these colour chart samples for me and some brochures...they were extremely helpful!
I ended up choosing a red that comes from a Mazda 1996 - 2000 model (I don't know the exact model), and the colour is called Radiant Red, colour code A2D....does anyone know what model of Mazda this colour came from?
Anyway, they helped me settle on this colour, the only gripe I had was that I had to pay $20 for a 100mL tin of the actual paint to sample.
