axle casing to suit ae86 LSD diff centre Tue, 12 July 2005 10:49 Go to next message
hey all, bought an ae86 Lsd diff centre last week, plan was to put it into my mk2 escort but the splines are different and its shorter width ways bearing to bearing. so basically if any one has a complete diff casing with 1/2 shafts ect and preferably near brisbane id be interested in buying.
not sure what axle caseing setup this diff centre bolts straight into if anyone can help. thinking corona/dx corolla?
anyone have one or any info.thanks in advance

As stated, yes, t series diff accepts the bolt in of an ae86 lsd centre. I have 1 diff in peices (actually complete, but i have the drums and axles here somewhere) and i have a complete drum to drum setup from my ra40, with a 3.9:1 centre and drums, only thing that is missing are slave cylinders, (30 bux each from repco). Im chasing 170 for the complete working one, coz it has new shoes, and about 110 ono for the dismantled one.
Let me know what you need, and i guess about 100 shipping, pm me if ur interested

rodge, this is ronan here.

make sure you count the splines on that lsd center you have as there were two different types, you want to be sure the axle shafts from this match your diff.

you could get a T18 coupe axle casing and shafts too
