240Z or 260Z with an N/A RB26DE - I've heard of these mowtahs making 390hp @ 10,500rpm !!!!!!
I think 80% of the budget would be drivetrain, but hey - why not!
If anyone can figure out how to build a Ford GT40 Replica for $15k, please let me know . . . . .

$15k hey and it can't be Toyota.
Well there are some overpriced bodykitted Lancers and Excels that would fit the bill, maybe even a Mirage with Mivec stickers and checker plate floormats would come in under $15k
But on a more serious note, I would prolly get a neat S13 or series 4/5 RX7. Something fun to drive. Or even a 4WD of some description..........
