It has been covered, there are many sites on the net that offer useful info.

EXACTLY what is required will depend upon the EXACT setup you are planning to use. Sticking with the top mount IC or going front mount? doing the conversion neat and nice or quick and dirty? T50 box or Wxx box? What diff, the stock one won't hold up to a ZE? What brakes? The standard brakes are shite! You will have to set up a hydraulic clutch for any box you put behind the ZE. The radiator will need upgrading and the inlet and outlet pipes moved, some rewiring, fuel pumps, surge tank, exhaust, and many many other fiddly little bits and pieces to get in up and running.

Talk to Megz and see what he is doing and then on top of that you will just have to worry about the intercooler if you plan to run a front mount. The ZE also needs a few bits of it's pipework altered when you run it in RWD format (that will become apparent once you start fitting it).
