floating could be due to worn shocks, the shaking would be unbalanced wheels.

I'd look at getting them re-balanced.
If you feel the shakes in your steering wheel it's the fronts, if you feel the shakes in your seat it's your rears.

well 105k isnt speeding when yor in a 110k zone
yer its the stearing wheel and the frounds jsut got aligned and aparently according to the shop went to the wheels on the back of a toyota sprinter cant be aligned, i guess i will have to take it back and tell them to fix it,
so the floating around would only be cuased by the shocks?

If your front wheels are out of balance, this can also cause the wandering, so get them balanced again before you try anything. Mabey one of the weights has been knocked off. This is more possible if your car is lowered with wider than stock wheels with stock offset.

i just got my wheels balanced and it still does it at these speeds. Im starting to wonder if my rims arent perfectly round or my tires are flatspotted, i have locked up the brakes a couple of times...

Must be shocks or drive shafts. $14 pedders check will tell you if its the shocks.
