Front engine mount on a 4AGE 20V in RWD config

Can I lose it?
I wouldn't be asking this question if it didn't have that bolt at the top attaching the mount to the head as well as the block..
Does this offer extra strength between the block and head?
Its quite a hefty cast iron mount, and I'm building a 550kg Clubman, so every kilogram saved helps.
Cheers
Spectral.

hmm so its a new thing for the 20Vs.....
thanks everyone, is there anyone with 20V motors than have removed it? (Seeing as its different from the 16V and GZE)... car will be doing a fair bit of track work, so lots of 6000rpm+ time
