You found a pot of gold... Yeah priced various sensors from Toyota and they have been bout the $200 mark, I might price the sensor you described and see how much they try and sell that to me for.
Got a price from my local Toyota dealer today for the cold start switch for a aw11 sc $248. You got a good deal, they must of been clearing out old stock or something.
