In the meanwhile, could you please refrain from trying to trash my reputation in the Toymods forum.
I'll tell you what, if I loose any sales because of you, I will deduct my financial loss from the money intended for the shock absorbers. Fair is fair.
Anyway, what YOU would want to do is to write up an apology on the Toymods forum so I won't loose any sales from your deformation of my character. And hopefully you won't have to reimburse me for my loss.

Defformation of charecter is a legal term and is illigal. Just like bribary.
Try to follow now......I am claiming defformation against my charecter and therfore i am the victum. If you don't understand ring a lawyer.
Why don't you go back to fitting a seconhand gearbox on your front lawn.

hahah,
jason, ur a funny man. i wrote to u nemerous times and it is now that u reply because i was telling ppl the truth. based on previous interaction with you, maybe you should listen to my counter proposal.
i HAVE made a police report and am goin to the small claim court tomorrow which was the advice of the cops. they told me that they will charge you for deceive and other things that dont come to mind and also, i have made that terrible statement in toymods forum.
this is what i will do. YOU return the money ASAP, and as soon as i receive the money i will withdraw all charges againts you and for your sake even write a formal apology at the toymods website.
considering that u were quite quick to reply the toymods msg, i dont think i should wait long to receive a reply to this msg unlike the other msg i sent you. also, since u were only selling that door and since it is sold, i dont think u will have any sales problem and i dont see how u will have any problem with sales when i write that apology letter so dont fret, return the money and everthing should come back to normal
i have pm my bank details
i dont care if there is a middle man, dont even care if the moderator or the adminstrator steps in. i am also more then happy to provide proof which even the cops thought are quite convincing.
try not to attack other ppl, quite immature

Reddy you have no problem admitting that you have money from mkal6 for something that was never deliverred and then you say you are going to hold this money to ransom in case you fail to sell things.
I don't think "deformation" (An alteration of shape, as by pressure or stress.) of your character by any other user would hurt your sales. Your behaviour right in this thread should be reason enough for nobody to buy things from you. If you have money from a member that was paid for a product, either deliver the product or give the money back, it's as simple as that.
I look forward to seeing the correct resolution to this issue in quick time.
