rust in the sills, lower guards and boot that isnt beyond repair
interior complete
motor runs (apparently) yet needs a fuel pump to run again
spares in car and spare g/box in boot
2-3 owner car
suit restoration
will need tow since doesnt start (prob due to fuel pump)

The "Mark II mafia" will no doubt be in touch shortly..The last one I saw in Sydney like this was registered and running and he was asking $1200..Not sure if he sold it...whatever happens it must not go to the crushers..

If it's rusty, not running and not registerred then it's worth practically nothing.
Good condition unregisterred cars tend to sell for $1000 or less in my experiance. Gianttomato had a 2 door advertised on the forum with rust in the sills but it ran and drove fine and it was asking $500.
There is also one in Melbourne with rego, new paint, mags etc for I believe $1400.
Having said that get some pics and get the car listed for your friend and see what people are willing to pay for it. Any car is worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
