I rebuilt a holden 202 on it,so it will handle a heavy strait 6 or any 4, would not recommend for a V8 unless it's all alloy.The head rotates 180deg so you can work on any side of the engine.
Ok, here are the photos of the stand without the 202 mounted on it. one small correction the head rotates 360deg.
On the head there is 4 steel arms that attach to the flywheel or block, these are adjustable to suite any bolt pattern.
