Well, the car with the yellow flashing lights was a VT commodore, which I assume was a security gaurd or something. Do VT's occur anywhere else in the world?

plenty of vt and WH statesmand onwards shipped to the middle east holden sells around 30-40k a year there, they are commonly used as cop cars even the statesmans and the ppl over there love em plus cos they still run leaded fuel they have a bit more poke.
