Rex, if you are serious, i actually live about 15-20kms away from this Hotstaff place...
methinks $1700 is a little steep tho.
Sapporo-shi's Kita-Ku (my suburb) is right next to Ishikari-Shi
LOL@ flower kawa Hanakawa south 10 Jou 1 choume, 1-5. thats going into the sat nav
actually i drove within about 1km of this place yesterday
anyway....
if just caliper brackets are wanted, i can always (get someone else to) ask... picking up is no prob, and they can't be that heavy to post.

I'm still interested to know what rotor this fits? After trawling through the DBA catalogue several times to find a good match, i want to make sure the rotors are available here. Or if i can get the od, hat height, thickness and centre hole dia, i'll look up what disk they're using.

back to original point of thread.
Rex has a machine file to make said caliper brackets.
Rex has no ethical dilemma as such.
all Rex needs is a few ppl to put their hands up and money down to ensure a decent price for machining.
(no Rex imitation intended )
it's guaranteed to be a damn site cheaper than any hunks of metal shipped from japan.
Evan, that someone will have to send me money, up front, and lots of it i still have to bribe people to translate for me . i mean like AUD$2000 BEFORE shipping to Australia.. that should be at least a couple of hundred also.. and then GST, Duty blah blah.. sayyy.. $3000 for the kit? makes local options look a lot better
