Hi guys, im just in the middle of selling my R33, im planning on purchasing a LEXUS LS400,
I want to know is.. ive seen a few that are badged as toyota and there imports.
Are all LEXUS LS400 imports or is there aus delivered? as i want an aus delivered for insurance reasons.
what are the differant models of LEXUS LS400, e.g. one has leather/power? etc.. are there model codes?
I understand there suspension varies, hydrolic, air bag..etc.
my question is, i will want to lower it a fair bit, (probally have 18, or 19" wheels, and want the guards just on the rubber) is it possible and what mods/parts are needed?
What is the 4.0 V8 like on fuel? compared to say a turbo 6cyl.
cheers guy, any info apriciated.

All genuine Lexus LS400's are locally-delivered. If it's an import it will be a Toyota Celsior. Be careful though, a lot of Celsior's have Lexus badges stuck on them - but a quick peek at the build plate will show you its true colours.
These are big heavy cars with fairly big engines, so they're not going to be super-economical. Having said that, it will be a bit better than a turbo six in a similarly big car (eg Soarer).
