Take an afternoon and have a read, there is LOTS of info around on turboing 4As and which responds best to what.
My opinion is that the blacktop is highly strung as is, turboing it will just be pushing it more (However Beau Yates drifted a turbo blacktop for a year or so).
Best start with a ZE for the lower compression. Or if you want 20V bling then drop ZE pistons into a silvertop.
However, as I said this has been worked over alot on here and elsewhere on the internet, so do some searching.

use the search option on the forums and look arround for yourself.
I dont know how much the blitz turbo and engine will cost you but if it were me i would use a t28 from a late model s15 silvia as these are capable of close to 180kw atw on 4ags but that is certainly too high for a standard 20v motor so youd be looking at lower comp forged pistons larger injectors fuel pump possibly aftermarket computer and a large intercooler but at the end of the day how much power do you want to make how much are you looking to spend???
