delete those two files should fix your issue

How? it doeasnt give me any option to remove them,just says refer to the log file etc.Am i going to have to look up what virus it is on the net and remove it manually?

You wont be able to remove them through VET, I think Allan meant for you to go through windows explorer and delete the files manually.
eg: open up my computer, open up C Drive, open up Documents and settings etc etc, until you reach the file, select it and hit del
