Yes!! they are identical same doors same windows, same window regulators. Most right hand regulators are stuffed, so get a lefty and turn the spring over. Just make sure the pivot points are not worn, you can't align the widows properly.

But if you do that (use a lefty with backward spring) you'll find the widow will wind down too far, and drop into your door, and not wind all the way up & seal properly.
Another thing to check is the little tab the spring is held by, mine was almost torn off. I got a LH regulator, had the problems mentioned above, and got the little tab rewelded (for free too ).

Guys,
I know its kinds irrelevant to the window but the later model xA23 doors had side intrusion bars. Good for the safety conscious. Just extra weight for the rest of us
