ok, i want to know if anyone can supply me info for a set of "bigger" cams for an 18RGU, i need to be able to beat my brother in law in his gem, he'll be getting a G200 2L in the next few weeks, i NEED to be able to flog him
and a datto 1600 L20B too

Off-the-shelf cams exist for the 18R-G but they cost a fortune. You're much better off chatting to a cam specialist and getting your existing cams re-ground to whatever specs you desire.

IU know w fait bit about cams but the timing {lobe separation and duruation} and all that crap still confuses me, i know what it is but i have no idea whats "good"

This is why you should talk to a cam specialist; they'll be able to tell you which cam profile is best for your needs.
