Did a search and cant find a list of all the bushings so just wondering if there are any bushings missing, as I was looking at what toyota can supply in hard rubber.
They can do:
Front and rear sway bar bushes
Front ctrl arm bushes
Stabilizer bar bushes
Rear lateral rod bushes
for $300.
BTW: Looked at polyurethane ones but from what people have said they only have a few years of life before they start to crack. Unless thats untrue.... these toyota parts are same price as ones supplied by auto stores.

i was told by a suspension guy that alot of the time pollyurethane bushes crack because they havent been installed properly, for example the special grease that is supplied with most of the kits is not applied correctly or at all.
another reason he gave was that when the bushes are installed the suspension components are usualy at full droop, ie. the car is jacked up of the body, you then procede to tighten all the components up and when the car is lowered to the ground the bushes are sitting in tension instead of in their natural position. So every bump after that tensions them even more hence causing premature failure (cracking).
that was his explanation, he suggested doing every thing up finger tight then dropping the car to the ground and torquing everything in that position to remide the situation. seemed to make scence to me.
ps. sorry if this is a bit off topic, but i thought it may help with your bush choices
