I've just decided that I want to put a 4age into my 81 ke55 corolla. I have a 2S-C in it at the moment but want to do an engine swap. Can any one tell if the 20V silver top version will fit into the engine bay without to much hassel. What is the going price for the 20V as well. What sort of power does it put out and how much modification can be done to it?

First of all you should search this forum - there is a heap of information on 4AGE conversions and mods. There is also a dedicated KE thread under "General Car Talk" as well.

4AGE will fit but you need to think about converting to rwd (intake manifold, water pipes etc etc), custom engine mounts, converting to efi fuel system, gearbox which may require modifying tansmission tunnel, brake upgrades, conversion to hydraulic clutch, diff upgrade, engineering, electrics.

There will be plenty more but if you start searching on those requirements you'll find heaps.

This is really not just as simple as throwing a new motor in.
