Pete,
I bet you will be sorry to see this go. All the best with the sale. Still loving mine to the max. I really like this car and this is shown by the fact that its the longest I have owned a car - that now being 18 months and I'm not even thinking about selling.
To all those out there, if you are after a great car - get your self into this one. You wont be disapointed with a 1JZ-GTE, manual cressida. I say this based on the joy of owning one and I know Pete's is a beauty.

Thanks for the vote of confidence Kevin.Had a great sales enquiry today. The enquirer never had any intention of paying what i am asking but didnt start with that of course.Questions first of course. Why this? Why that? Piss Off I say!!!!!!!!! Rant Rant Rant there, feel much better now.
For the one gentleman who asked to come take a look, you are still welcome [Mr TRD medico scientologist]Same situation applies as discussed, never go back on a deal!
But for the time being its off the yard getting new tyres and etc.It may go back up for sale and it may not.Hope I havent inconvenienced anyone.I think I used to be indecisive but now im not sure

Hi Pete,
I had every intention of being a serious purchaser. During conversation you divulged the vehicle has a brake shudder with the modified front end and has never been engineered or certified for any of the modifications. I think asking whether your price is firm is quite reasonable. Together with the possible work and risk to have the vehicle certified for legal use on road and your refusal to negiotiate I decided not to pursue the vehicle purchase further. May I remind you that after discussing the financial issues you were asking me to come and look at the vehicle and it was me who said no, I didn't want to waste your time.
From my perspective, the bottom line is... considering what you told me during the course of conversation the vehicle is overpriced.
Saying this it's an entirely subjective judgement, someone else may well be satisfied parting with $15K and assuming the risk. Best of luck with sale
Tim
