Where can i find a recondition 3sgte or a new 3sgte engine for my car. I've been looking around but no luck.

Well you're not very likely to find one sitting on a shelf all shiny and rebuilt. If you had a Holden red motor then yes, but the 3S is slightly less common in this part of the world.
If you want a reconditioned 3S you're going to have to recondition it yourself. Unless you happen to get very lucky.

there was a 3Sgte on ebay earlier this week in melbourne for $900.
Not sure if it sold.
