CELICA ST162 3SGTE (pictures) PRICE DROP $3950

1987 CELICA SX , converted to 3SGTE GEN1 TURBO, GT4 gearbox with diff lock converted to 2WD, transfer case has been welded. GT4 instrument cluster showing 165000kms, GT4 front suspension, CLIMATE CONTROL (rare), turbo timer, JVC CD player, sports pedals, alarm, custom black bonnet and scoop, goes great, has small ding on driver and passenger guards and roof (hardly noticable). power windows, steering, mirrors. priced for quick sale. was planning to do custom paint next, my wife's nephew doesn't have the time to finish this and needs the money at the moment. car is UNREGISTERED.

the bonnet scoop is a man thing (gives the magnum look).
is your a turbo charged car too? they are quite sexy, its been in my driveway for a couple of weeks now and its really growing on me.

thanks for the comments guys dont they all have "CLIMATE CONTROL", the front cut showed 100,000 kms, but when the conversion was done the st162 speedo had to be replaced to show the car current KM's.
still for sale, open to offers!

no they dont all have climate control, only the GT4 came with it . would have been nice to get the front seats too !

thanks, yes i suppose it would make it LSD
would get much better traction i would say. the tyres look like are still pretty good, i would chuck some nice rims on it though, would really set it off

no because the viscous coupling has been welded, it does NOT make it an LSD.
I had done the same thing with my celica

yea, i thought it wouldn't last very long at that price, considering that most are asking at least $2000 more than the price advertised.
had lots of enquiries though, maybe everyone is scared its too cheap , i should bump the price up, lol

dont be shy to give me a call and I could give you a lot more detail. and don't be shy to come and have a look and see it in person. the car has never been on the road after the conversion, so i really couldnt tell you a top speed.
