How do u remove the dials from the dash cluster AE86

Not sure the topic was worded right... I want to remove the actual dials from the gauge cluster in my sprinter..
Ie: the black plastic that has the speedo, tach ect printed on it, behind the needles.....
I have tried to take this off and the only thing stopping me I think is the needles.... so do these come off..as I have had no luck and dont want to fuck them...>>
Please help me if you know how do remove these lil fuckers...

i've done it with mine, just pull bloody hard or just lever them off with a flat screwdriver. worked for me

hold the needle close to the centre with thumb and index finger and pull straight up. You can also pry up with a screw driver but you will need to wrap tape around the screw driver so you dont scratch the face.
