What are the specs of the motor??? How many litres, cylinders and petrol or diesel???

If it's like a 2L petrol 4 cyl, I'd say put 4 litres in it and then check the level on the dipstick...

toyotas generally dont take less than 4 litres cept for starlets and the like but if in doubt just put a bit in at a time... and besides you got a dipstick and even if you do over fill you just let some out at the oil filter.

If it's a 2.4 petrol then manual says 4.7 litres.
