Hey im wondering what injector size i would need to run 200rwkW happily without maxing them out?? are RX7 550's ok or too big??

A few guys are running the 13BT 550cc injectors without a problem and are making anywhere from 180 - 230 rwkw.
Go with those and you will be fine.

Yep, I run them, they're at 75% duty to make 180rwkw, so definately have the headroom for 200kw.
Light load tuning can be a bit touchy with the large injectors on a 1600cc though. What ECU do you plan to run?

you can use 540cc injectors from the st205 gt4 joshtix has a set for sale he wanted $250 for them.
Im going to use them in my 4AGTE with a Wolf 3D Ver 4 Plus which i plan to make 200rwkw.
They should have pleanty of headroom for that power.

I use the 440's from the 7MGTE, hopefully ill be able to test them near 200rwkw one day

Aren't ST205 injectors side feed? I hope you have a 20V head then  Cause they wont be too flash in a top feed 16V rail
