i have a problem with my car alarm remote, the previous owner dropped it in the water and since havent used the car alarm... should i remove it or get it repaired?

do alarms eat alot of battery?

replace with something decent if you care to spend the $$ and effort.

If it were me, and I didnt care too much about the car, and the car wasnt worth much... i'd only keep/replace the alarm if the car had central locking for the remote centrals bro. Otherwise i couldnt be bothered.
