Banned driver caught speeding
By Jano Gibson
August 1, 2005 - 9:46AM

A young man, whom police say had been banned from driving until 2023, was arrested overnight after allegedly being caught speeding more than 30 kmh over the limit.

The 25-year-old Niagara Park man was driving along the Federal Highway at Collector when a police radar allegedly clocked his silver 1995 Toyota Cressida travelling at more than 140 kmh in a 110 kmh zone.

Highway patrol officers arrested the man and charged him with drive whilst disqualified and exceed speed.

He was expected to appear in Goulburn Local Court later today

Drove a cressida and wasn't wearing a cardigan or over the age of 45. No seriously to get banned for that long it would probably be repeated speeding/drink driving offenses etc.

PS i don't mind cressida's especially ones with an injection of viagra i mean a 1jz in em.

Dunno,..

My guess is,. He killed a padestrian whilst pissed, speeding and driving a wrecked car,. Then when the cops tried to pull him over, he raped one cop, shot his partner and drove off in their Patrol car Laughing

Seriously though, it would have to be pretty serious for an 18 year ban,..

Sucks to him

Cheers

majority of them don't have to be serious, just repeatedly driving whilst unlicensed, my cousins ex got banned for driving for like 15 years and has spent time in jail for repeated DUI offenses whilst unlicensed. The last time he'd almost served his ban ie a couple months to go of his 6 years ban and got caught again and copped another huge ban i mean do you ever learn.
