 JDM SW20 Seat Belt Compliance

Hey Guys, Just wondering who out there has imported an SW20, and what they did about the seat belt situation.
The engineer told me that they need to be replaced with ADR compliant ones, so I of course called Toyota, thinking that going genuine would be the best option. They want over $600  for a pair, so I'm looking for other solutions. I tried going to a few auto parts places, looking for aftermarket jobs, but no one seems to make seat belts for an MR2. On top of that I haven't been able to find a wrecker with any MR2 bits either.
So my question is, what have other people done to get around this obstacle? Is there another belt for a different car that will bolt in? Should I just give up and buy genuine items?

Unfortunately when I called all of the stores mentioned below, they were thoroughly unhelpful. Hopefully when I call up tomorrow with part numbers I'll get a better response
