1JZ Water Pump & Timing Belt Replacement - Urgent help reqd

Had a nightmare of a weekend when I went to change my water pump on the 1JZ, realising that I will most likely have to remove the harmonic balancer and do the timing belt at the same time etc.
Not good timing seeing I need the car for x-mas and I only have next weekend to do the job. Want to make sure I have all necessary parts and tech info. Looks like there may be a few o-rings needed for water pump, not sure about all the necessary tensions, ensuring timing belt is installed correctly etc.
I've also seen some threads where people say the water pump is connected to somthing hydraulic, as fluid runs out when removed. Or is this just 1JZ's when they have thermo fans?
If you have any information it would be appreciated.
