That would be either a part of the rear quater or the beaver panel. I think the only way you would get some would be to cut the sections out of a wreck. Unless your real luck and a toyota dealer may have some kicking around... Weirder things have happened.

Used to be able to get the lower rear quarter panel ones from a company called rust patch in sydney, dont know if they still exist though.

and all crash parts in brisbane sells them for most cars along with just about every other panel , bonnet , boot and rice lights lol
