Places like BOC should have them, but as far as I'm aware they require a smaller regulator...I don't know of any that will work with a normal regulator.
(I also don't actually know a whole lot about practical welding)
Cheers

Most tool shops should stock them, from memory they are not as cheap as you may think. I think a guy i worked with paid $35-40 for a small bottle

hello internet
it is me again
I got some photos of this regulator, it came with no instructions, im a pretty pretty sure where the gas comes out (its got a barbed pipe that goes into the hose, then the tube slots into the silver part. But im unsure what the whole on the other side is (brass fitting) looks like the gas will exit there?! any ideas? im gonan hook it up in the morning and see anyway but here are some pics for anyone who has any idea about these mini wierd regs

Extra hole will be for a guage I suppose.
Did they have small bottles of argon for stainless or just argoshield stuff? Can't really justify paying any more botle hire fees.
How big is the bottle?

950 something somethings, about the same size as a 0.9kg fire extinguisher
IIRC they had full carbon, 80% argon/20% carbon and 100% argon

Err, a tip for everyone DONT BUY disposible bottles!
Unless u want to put down like 2 welds a bottle ( i think i read somewhere they will last for 1mtr of weld) i dunno how true that is but they sure didnt last me that long
Pieces of shit, for the price it cost to setup the disposible bottle and reg (40+40==80$) i managed to get a bottle of pure argon and 3 months rental for the same price, 8$ a month rental.. there really is no saving in these bottles, at all.
Now im plodding along with my nice renta bottle and the regulator that doesnt suck which came with my welder, welding sheet metal has never been so good
