Hey everyone!
Jeez, long time no post by me.
I'm considering selling my white 87 Supra. It's an automatic, done 191,xxx km.
Reason for sale: need something more practical for work (hatch, wagon or ute)
It is in generaly good condition, very reliable. Currently getting a new radiator due to some overheating problems when traveling further than 150km. My mechanic is keeping me up to date. Gearbox is bit loud when shifting into gear, but works rather smooth on the road. If a buyer is found, I'll throw in a free tune-up!
Things I have done and changed maintenance wise
- service every 3-4000km (I know, no need so often but I like it running 100% always)
- timing belt with bearings
- power steering bushels
- new diff seals
- other such little things, have receipts for all.
I've traveled to Queensland and back in January with this car with no problems, excep't filling up some radiator fluid
Body needs bumper re-align, fill couple of pin dents. And re-spray of course, but looks OK. Also the rear window tint is bit foggy, and may need replacing.
NEAR RUST FREE! 2 small patches of rust, about 5cm+, and only shallow rust. One on right door, one near hatch lock on hatch. Undercarriage, engine bay and everything else, rust free!!
Stock suspension (with newer shocks up front {10,000km ago))
Newer brake disks (10,000km ago), getting new brake pads on front disks this week.
Interior - stock, besides a $1200 Pioneer sound system (400W amp, 10" sub, 4 3.5" speakers). 1 cigg burn on drivers seat, 1 small one on rear. Car smells nice, and so does air con/heating.
All out of details in my head, PICS COMMING THIS WEEKEND!
I'm looking for about $5,000 in current condition (with overheating fix). any comments or price suggestions?
