What wheels are these?

I think this is the most appropriate forum for this question. Don't flame me please.
All i know is they are Tom's Racing Wheels
They are 15" FWD offset and 4x100pcd. I dont have any other info.
Can someone tell me the name and other info eg. width, offset etc?

we cant tell that by looking, it should say inside the rim. Cool rims, ill buy em for $20

he might only have the same info as us though, havin said that i got no idea on what wheels they are either. try some jap sites?
