Rear Wheel HP of Black Vs Silver cover 20 valves

I have seen some dyno sheets on this forum showing black cover 20 valves with about 86kW at the wheels compared to 76kW for the silver cover (close to a good 100 Kw 4age 16 valve motor).
Can any one vouch that the black cover 20 valve does put out more real world Hp than the silver cover (even though they are only suppose to be 3 kW apart)?
Thanks.

your figures are pretty much correct
I got my 20V tuned on tuesday and got 78RW Kws.
Silver top with stock internals, microtech LTX-8
My mate Zach has a Silvertop 20V and is running an EMS Stinger and pulled 70RWKWs
My other mate Winsent used to have a 20V with a microtech LTX-8 (basically same setup as mine) and pulled 74RWKW
My mate Chad has a small port (100kw) with a custom inlet manifold, worked head (2 grand into the head) and he pulled the exact same power as me = 78RWKW - 104HP
I'm presuming the Blacktop would pull around 80 to 86RWKW in stock form.

didn't meridian motorsport engine dyno thse and found they were well short of advertised targets?
as for chassis dyno, dyno operators will give a number the owner is hapy with espcially if they are doing the tuning...
there are a number of threads around with real world figures for many 4A motors...

those figures of 70 odd for a silver and 80 odd for a black are well down.... over here the norm is 92-98 rwkw for a black....

Remember rwd drivetrain loss there revvy.
Also Chad's car seems to be way way down on power. Ive seen several fairly mild 16vs pulling around the 80rwkw mark. Mine certainly pulls about 130rwhp, but its had a bit more work done to it.
Also the times i was getting on the track indicate around 130hpish.

and dont forget that all dynos differ. Some are less restrictive than others. I know the dyno i used is restricted for road driving conditions where they account wind, and aerodynamic matters which gives it a acurate result as if it was getting driven on the road. But it depends on how the settings are made by the owner.
