AE92 SX Cluster into SE dash "How To" Manual

I could not find anything on the Search.
I bought a second hand cluster but don't have any of the Pin Plugs for it. I have a Std SE Dash at the moment but I'm running a 20V ST that AK wired up for me. Now, not just from a wiring point of view, but fitment as well, can someone explain the scope of what I will need to do?
e.g. should I shop around wreckers for a cluster surround or is there an easy way to mod the thing I have. Just trying to do a bit of planning before taking the dash apart again...
