FWIW, there was a guy asking for recommendations on an a AE92 setup for hillclimb events etc in the tech section. They will probably be interested in this.

just any suspension shop...?

yeah, any decent suspension shop will sell springs for coilovers. no special orders needed unless perhaps you wanted a specific spring rate.
big thing here is that you need to replace the front inserts...

all PMs answered, yes there is 4 coilovers, just fronts need new inserts, all look as pictured.
