Why did you go the 2mm HG?

She's gonna be a bit sluggish off boost or are you going to run massive boost?

How much btw?

from what i had read adn information i had been given the head on a 7m is the engines weakest point, so i wasnt going to replace it with anything soft, why 2mm? drop comp a little, it allready had a about a 1.5mm copper and the car performed well , but it corroded to easily(long story) thus the metal.
it is a grex trust i had it imported from japan , it was about $480 plus postage.

is there a specific brand that can supply the bolts?
should they b different to standard?
ive heard of arp bolts or something what is that???

ARP are the go if your going to replace them and you really should. I've seen alot of results from metalurgical companies who have performed tests on the factory 7mgte head bolts and they are like cheese sticks. Too soft and malluable when they are in their operating temperature range. All head bolts are designed with this ability to stretch but the factory ones go too far.

Go for the ARP ones, most car places should be able to get them. Try star performance in five dock.
