Hi, well recently i found out my car came from factory with an auto and was changed over at some point, anyway I've just been out replacing my horn button (old was a annoying) and i worked out the 'cruise control' buttons on the horn (three littlies in one big horn button) were actualy connected. going by what i can find out about my model cruise should of been standard. so what i guess i'm asking is how/where am i checkin for the factory cruise control? I'm assuming some where along the throtal line, but any where else? is there a controller box hidden somewhere? What should i be looking for? sorry if its a daft Q but i've never worked with/on cruise control!
Also in light of what i've been discovering, i want to check if the ecu was also upgraded to a manual one. Thing is i'm not sure where to find it or how to get to it. I think I remember that the one in my old supra was behind the glove box on the passangers side? is that right? can any one give me a quick low down on the quickest and easiest way to get to it?
Sweet thanx guys.

There is, on the main toymods page, a downloads section
There's one for the MA70 in there, it has the location within the wiring diagram of both of the Cruise Control, and the ECU...
Have you tried to use the Cruise Control? If so, how did you attempt to turn it on?

Cool i'll go grab that (i havent been to the main page in a while!)
I did play with the buttons when i had it but it didn't seam to work, i might plug it in and make sure it doesn't. Also i thought that the factory unit wouldn't run with a manual box?

The manual unit will run with Cruise Control, but for safety reasons, you should have an extra switch in series with the brake activated switch but have it on the clutch, so that, when you shift gears, it shuts the cruise control off...
There's a main switch that is NOT located on the steering wheel, I can't remember where it is, but it's on the dash somewhere... From memory it's on the right hand side of the steering wheel near another switch.
It is the main switch to turn the cruise control on with
You CAN run the cruise control without the clutch switch I described above, BUT, you will have to make sure to disengage the cruise control before changing gears.

Hmmm... the only switches i have on the right hand side are the sunroof and the driving lights. on the left there is a 'spare' space with a flip down coin holder in it but no Cruise switch in sight....
Any idea what it looks like anyone??
