turbo question for 4a

Hey there all, just wondering if anybody can tell me how a ct12a would go on a ae101 gze motor?????
ive been given one and would it be worth putting on or waiting and saving my money for a t28bb from a gtir witch i had planed when money permits.

Hey there mate, im not 100%sure what the a/r's are, but the ct12a is off the twinturbo soarer's 1j motor, gz20's use the ct12.

since no-one else is fielding the Q, think about it rationally..
1J = 2.5L
2xCT12A
thus if you have 1 CT12A, to have the same effect as on a 1JZ, it should go onto a 1.25l motor.
1.6 is larger than this, so i guess it would spool up earlier and run out of puff sooner than in the 1JZ application...
save your money and buy a new GT turbo , then you get to choose what it does rather than guessing.. just my 2c.

A twins setup would be pretty cool though..
you could always sleeve the 4A to make it 1.25L

Hey there all, thanks for the replies
if my gf still had the sera, i would of concired puting it on that instead of the ct9.
but thanks for your replies as thats what i was after, if it would be worth it to put the ct12a on her or wait longer till i can get the t28bb.
