i got a blue top and red top tps sensor, i want to use the blue top tps on the red top, can i do that or are they different?

Check the part numbers on the TPS's, I think you will find they are the same.

The smallport 16v has a different tps, when my brothers bigport went, we replaced it with a smallport, running all the bigport sensors.

The flat in the throttle shaft is 90 degrees out, so it doesn't bolt on. I'd still give it a try cos toyota do some wacky crossovers for the parts.

If you have to have the smallport tps you might be able to swap the whole TB. We didn't try as we didn't have a deep socket at the time.

This is correct. I went through the hassle just a week ago when i found out i had a smallport throttle body bolted onto my bigport. I'm in the middle of sourcing out a smallport one.

here is the the pics of the tps, im pretty sure i got that tps off a bigport 4age Confused i still have the t/b, could that be used with the intake manifold? and can the tps be used with the bigport loom/ecu?
