its ok
but i want the others, they look better, and have tsuchiya in them.

I own the set,
1- based more on time trial on a highway, really old... Main car is a DR30 and the nemisis seems to be an old 300zx, however in the subtitles it says mr2. And a cop after all streetracers. Did I mention its old (actually the whole series seems alil date din essence)
2- main car is a GTR, nice showcase in the beginning, and of tsuchiya drifting it. Originally the hero starts with s13 and inherits the gtr. His friend drives a nice red DR30, and the nemisis is the newer 300zx
3- starts with and ends with an open wheeler professional race. main car is gtr again, and there is a phantom black jza70 racing against all the racers and decimating them.
4 - my personal fav, revolves around a brother who is into street racing and his younger brother who idolises tsuchiya. Main car is a hot red gtr, ends with a challenge against tsuchiya in gtr.
5 - main guy is an arrogant prick, drives an FC3S, and in the end gets an FD3S, nemisis is a bright yellow gtr. Ends with another challenge with tsuchiya in gtr. Good to watch just to see tsuchiya punch out the main character.
Shuto Trial Max - The newest, and the koolest, R33 GTR is main car, the well part friend and rival starts with jza70 and moves to jza80. A flashback when the hero owned an SW20 and won against the R33 to own it in a old dirt industrial area... Ends with a challenge against tsuchiya, both driving NSX.
In all of them but the first, Tsuchiya stars as like a mentor and conscience... about racing on street is dangerous.
All are stand alone movies.
