i got a speeding ticket, will this affect my next bill after my current one runs out? im currently paying 390$/year 3rd party

should i just say mum did it and pay her back?

yes it will.

i pay 2.3k comprehensive with just cars for my car with 50% no claim (20yr old driver mr2 turbo agreed value 23k including mods)

my mate pays 2.8k due to having his lisence suspended and drives a ZZW30 Spyder agreed for 23k also plus only gets 10% no claim

as far as i know, it wont affect your insurance, unless your license get cancelled because you have no points left on it...

The above example is due to the guy having his license suspended...

yeh its just that i dont wanna have to ask mum to do this big favor for me, i'll feel guilty. i rather take responcibility for what i've done, but if insurance rate increases then i guess thats a valid reason to ask her to cop the bullet for me this once.

my mum took points for me. 4 points for 67 in a 60 on boxing day on my reds. Confused .if i lost my licence, she would have had to do more driving anyway. plus she had all 12 of hers.
