AE92 sedan rear disc conversion help??

Hi all,
just wondering what i would need to do to convert my AE92 CSi 4 door sedan's rear drum brake setup to a disc setup?
is it as simple as finding a AE92 with a disc brake rear end? did they even come out with disc rear ends? and if so, which ones?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I helped do this on a AE92 hatch on the weekend,
I believe the disc brake rears came on the SX and Gti hatches.
I would assume that it would bolt up to the sedan the same as the hatch but im sure i will be flamed if that is wrong.
