F/S: 1972 BMW 2002 Fri, 12 August 2005 14:12 Go to next message
Hey guys. I have a 1972 BMW 2002 up for sale at $2000.
I have done some minor panelwork myself and also just general cleaning to the car so it looks and goes a bit better.
I have decided to sell it as I am in need of a later model car thats easy on fuel(uni student wages here guys).
Heres a list of work I have done for anyone who wants to know:

>Retrimmed 1976 BMW driver and passenger seats
>Repainted 320i steel wheels
>Removal of all chrome exterior trim(still have it if needed)
>Removal of old carpets(bare floor at the moment tho original carpet is still in my possession, still have it if needed)
>Minor panel work to the front left guard, various paint touch-ups(94% paint still very good),
>Engine cleaned and compression tested

It has a few probs but they are normal for a 30 year old car.
If anyones interested and wants more info, email me at

merlec86@hotmail.com

Cheers,
Sam

Yeah its a really nice handling car to drive and looks really nice but I feel its a little too old for me to appreciate it. Its got round tailights and all the chrome trim on the body (waist trim etc.) has been removed for a smoother look. It has two-tone 320i rims all round and good tyres. By the way, what does "g/l with the sale" mean? sorry i'm a newby to this forum stuff.
