Im look for a heavy-duty clutch and pressure plate to fit my st162 celica with a st185 3sgte gt4 motor in it im useing the gt4 fiywheel and use a st182 91 celica gearbox

I believe Pittwater Brake and Clutch is the place to go if you're in NSW. They'll be able to hook you up with whatever you need.
