How different are these to the AE82 unit? I will be changing the one on my AE82 bigport motor soon, cause it doesn't work with the Sprinter guages.
If they are the same then 1st in best dressed!

i got one brand new then then abandoned the idea.....
been used but not for long, had a lil paint on it from when i painted my manifold so i cleaned it off with a wire wheel so it looks a tad dodgey but i assure you its been in for about 2 months maximum, then the guauge i had repaired(dodgey) died and i put splitfire units in....
cost me near on $100 new so would be looking for somethin around the $60 mark

Try wreckers of commercial vehicles. I've seen these on Tarago motors.

They are the same as 3s engine oil senders.
I was supposed to take one of an old 4age engine and put it onto the beams 3s engine, but i couldn't find it on the 4a engine.
So anyway the guage works fine in a car that had a 4age engine in it before.
Also i found the 4age oil sender later. under the exuast manifold.
